How do I change when the daily reminder arrives?
Open Settings in Potsy and choose a reminder time. Make sure notifications for Potsy are allowed in iPhone Settings, Notifications.
What does Still damp do?
It tells Potsy the soil was not dry yet. The next watering moves back, and after a few taps the plan for that plant adapts to your home.
Can Snap to suggest tell me if my plant is sick?
No. It only suggests a plant type from a photo, on your iPhone, and you choose the final match. For a sick plant, the What's wrong? guide in Potsy Plus lists common causes to check, and a local nursery or plant expert can help with a real diagnosis.
Is my plant safe for pets?
Potsy shows pet safety info with a link to the ASPCA plant list. It is a guide only, so please ask your vet.
Do I need an account? Where is my data?
No account. Your data lives on your device and in your own private iCloud so it follows you to a new iPhone. If iCloud is off, data stays on this device only.
How many plants are free?
5 plants, with all reminders. Potsy Plus adds unlimited plants, the What's wrong? guide, photo compare and custom tasks.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the Potsy Plus screen from Settings and tap Restore. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.
How do I cancel Potsy Plus Yearly?
On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Potsy and cancel. You keep Plus until the period ends.
Can I share Lifetime with my family?
Yes, if Family Sharing is on for your Apple Account.
A widget shows old information.
Open Potsy once, then wait a moment. If it still looks stale, remove the widget and add it again.
